01 Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and bdg33 ("Platform", "We"). These Terms govern all aspects of your use of the bdg33 platform, including the website, mobile app, games, and all related services.

By clicking "Register", accessing your account, or using any part of the bdg33 platform, you confirm that:

03 Registration and Account Management

Each individual is only permitted to hold one active account at bdg33 at any one time. Creating multiple accounts — whether using different names, phone numbers, email addresses, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited and may result in:

• Permanent closure of all associated accounts.
• Forfeiture of balances and winnings across all accounts.
• Permanent ban from re-registering at bdg33.

During registration, you are required to provide true, accurate, and current information including your full name, active phone number, and valid email address. bdg33 may request additional document verification at any time through the KYC process.

05 Fund Withdrawal

Bdg33 is committed to processing withdrawals quickly and efficiently. Withdrawals that meet all specified requirements will be processed within 5 minutes to 24 hours, depending on the withdrawal method and your account verification status.

Withdrawal conditions that must be met:

• Accounts must have completed full KYC verification before large withdrawals are permitted.
• Any bonus received must meet the specified rollover requirement before the funds are eligible for withdrawal.
• The withdrawal method must match the original deposit method unless otherwise approved by bdg33 support.
• The bank account or e-wallet name must match the registered name at bdg33.

06 Bonuses, Promotions and Special Offers

• Game results generated by the RNG (Random Number Generator) system are final and cannot be disputed. All bdg33 games use RNG verified by independent auditing bodies.
• In the event of a technical disruption during an active game, bdg33 will use server records to determine the valid outcome. Where the outcome cannot be determined, the wager will be voided and the amount refunded.

08 Account Security and Password

If your account is closed for legitimate reasons that do not breach our terms, any remaining balance will be returned to you via your original payment method within 7 working days.

You may also close your account at any time by contacting the bdg33 support team. Account closure requests will be processed within 48 hours following identity verification.

11 bdg33 Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, bdg33 and its affiliated companies, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for:

12 Changes to Terms and Governing Law

Bdg33 reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any part of these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to members via registered email or an in-platform notice at least 7 days before taking effect, except in urgent circumstances requiring immediate action.
